I highly recommend Tim. I have done multiple remodel jobs at several properties. I’ve used other contractors, but Tim has become my go-to guy. The bathroom in his showcase was one of the projects he did at my current home. I love it, and I get compliments whenever someone sees it. The job he and his crews did on this job is typical of their work. Unlike many contractors, Tim has a very good design sense. He doesn’t just have his crews hammer nails according to plans. He often provides suggestions to enhance and improve a design. he’s also very easy to work with. He is open with estimates and won’t do change orders without discussing options and pricing (not every contractor does that). When issues arise (as they always do isn renovation), he works as a partner to resolve the issues and doesn’t just point fingers and deny any responsibility. He has also done smaller jobs for me at my home and a rental property. He treats that small jobs with the same care and attention to detail as the larger projects. I highly recommend Tim. You will not regret the choosing him for your project.
